Honey Mustard Glaze Salmon Recipe

Honey Mustard Glazed Salmon- This is a must try! 

This dish was very good! I am trying to get more fish and chicken in my diet instead of pasta and heavy carb dishes and this was a winner. 

The key to making the perfect salmon dish is to not over cook your salmon. If its over cooked you should not even serve it. I love a nice juicy piece of perfectly cooked salmon and the topping is just the extra love you add to it! 


  • 1 salmon fillet per person
  • 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Season the salmon filets with salt and pepper to taste. 
  2. Combine both mustards, honey and garlic into a sauce
  3. Transfer salmon to a baking sheet, skin side down and spread with the mustard sauce
  4. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes depending on the thickness of the salmon
  5. Dish and serve hot. You can top with extra mustard sauce as you would like.
