Crockpot Peach Cobbler Recipe

Here is a way to make such an easy Peach Cobbler for any time of the year. If you have a lot of cooking planned and need the extra space this is the recipe to use! I do have to say it is not the prettiest dessert while it sits and cooks in the crockpot and its best to just serve it straight from the crockpot.

  • 1 package of 16 oz frozen sliced peaches
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • ½ tablespoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 9 ounce box Jiffy yellow cake mix
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter

  1. Spray the inside of your crockpot with cooking spray.
  2. Place frozen peaches in the bottom of your slow cooker in an even layer. Sprinkle with cornstarch and toss.
  3. Drizzle with vanilla and almond extract.
  4. Next, pour the brown sugar than cinnamon evenly over the peaches, then add the cake mix, sprinkling evenly over the peaches. Remember do not stir.
  5. Drizzle melted butter evenly over the cake mix, cover and cook on high for 3 hours, or until a nice cake like crust has formed.
  6. Check at the 2 1/2 hour point and slide your spoon around the edges to make sure it is not burning.

Here is a look at my video tutorial.

Hope you enjoy!
