Grilled Jerk Pineapple Shrimp Taco Recipe

Serves 4 to 6

1 lb of Fresh Shrimp, peeled and deveined 1/2 Tbsp of Jerk Seasoning 1 Tbsp of Vegetable Oil For the Salsa: 1/2 to 3/4 cup of chopped pineapple 1/2 cup chopped Avocado, peeled and diced
 1/4 of a Jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped 1 tbsp. of Diced Red Onion 1 Tbsp of Fresh Lime Juice, or more to taste
 Salt and Pepper, to taste8 tortillas

Step to make,        
In a bowl, toss together the shrimp, jerk seasoning, and vegetable oil. Then  set aside to marinate while you preheat a pan over medium-high heat.

In a large bowl, toss together all the ingredients for your salsa, allow to sit while you grill the shrimp.
Cook the shrimp on the hot pan for about 3 minutes on each side.

 When ready to serve, toast up some tortillas in the oven and you are set!
