Reese Peanut Butter Style Diet Shake Recipe
A running buddy and I have been putting recipes to the test now that I am back to training for another half marathon and need to get back in shape! Here is one we tested last night that taste just like the candy bar!
You will need:
1 tbs of peanut butter
2 tbs sugar free butterscotch pudding mix
1/2 c water
6-7 pieces of ice
2 packets of splenda
1 1/2 scoops of protein powder
1/2 c cottage cheese
Put all of the items in a blender and blend until smooth! This is going to be about 365 calories but it beats the almost 700 calories from the fast food restaurants!
