Pulled BBQ Chicken Sandwich Recipe While Staying Healthy

Sometimes I love comfort food but don't want the comfort calories. Here is an idea for a BBQ Chicken Sandwich which really isn't to bad for you.

1 large frozen chicken breast
pinch of salt and pepper
1/2 tsp splenda
1/2 no sugar BBQ sauce
whole wheat sandwich thins

Place your frozen chicken breast in crockpot and pour 1/2 c bbq sauce over it and cook for 5 hours on low. After about 3 hours you can start to shred the chicken which also helps with cooking. Then place on thins and enjoy!

Very yummy and it heats up great for next day lunch left overs!
