Healthy Diet Chocolate Peanut Butter Shake Recipe

I had a friend share this recipe with me and its the perfect after dinner sweet treat.

Here is what you will need:

1/2 c cottage cheese
1 TBS of peanut butter
2 tbs cocoa powder
1/2 c water
6 pieces of ice
2 packets of splenda
1 1/2 scoops of protein powder

Put all of the ingredients into the blender and blend until you get the consistency you like! Its like the perfect milk shake without the calories!!! For one cup its about 325 calories. A normal peanut butter shake from a local fast food restaurant would run you about 710 calories. That's a great savings!
