Weight Watchers Cream Cheese Tart

I tried a new recipe today and this is very yummy and I had to share it. There are only 3 WW points and 155 calories per slice!

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray an 8×8 baking pan with cooking spray. Set aside.

To make the crust: Combine the ingredients for the crust in a food processor, and pulse until almonds and pretzels are roughly chopped (or place in a ziplock bag and crush with rolling pin). Press into a 8×8 in pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 min. Cool to room temp.

To make the cream cheese layer: Blend everything (except whipped topping) for the cream cheese layer in a blender until smooth, then fold in the whipped topping.

Put the layers together: Pour cream cheese layer over cooled crust, spreading evenly with a spatula. Crust must be completely cooled to room temperature before adding cream cheese layer.  Lay cut strawberries over the cream cheese layer and refrigerate at least 2 hours.

Cream Cheese Layer:
1/2 cupCottage cheese
1/3 cupLow fat plain Greek yogurt
1 tspVanilla extract
1/2 cupBaking stevia
1 (8 oz) containercool whip
